Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT.
• ITIL knowledge, Incident Management.
• 3+ years leading a team of 5+ direct reports.
• 5+ years supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation, Windows/Linux Servers, VMware, SAP, Network, Access and Monitoring Tools.
• 3-5 years hands-on ops with server hardware, virtualization, Linux/Windows, IIS Admin, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony.
• 3 years in Cyber Security/Controls, IT audit, or equivalent.
• 3 years managing IT Infrastructure environment.
• Strong customer-oriented delivery mindset.
• Experience working with third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to IT infrastructure personnel incl. L2 operations, Data Center, Server, VMware, Linux & Windows, Network, Firewall, Telephony, Cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure reliable IT services.
• Maintain IT security controls and compliance across platforms and systems.
• Mentor and develop IT staff to enhance skills and performance.

• With Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any IT Related Courses
• With knowledge and experience on ITIL Method particularly on Incident Management
• At least 3 years’ experience of managing a similarly five or more sized team direct reports, non-directs can be considered.
• At least 5 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery preferably with a medium size organisation.
• Knowledge and experience in the following are desired: ITIL Foundation, Windows and Linux Servers, VMWare, Virtualization, SAP, Network, Access and Monitoring Tools.
• 3-5 years’ hands-on technical operations experience with server hardware including virtualization, Linux, Windows, and related Microsoft technologies including IIS Administration, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony etc.
• 3 years of Cyber Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience managing IT Infrastructure environment.
• Strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias.
• Experience working with third party service providers.
