Job summary

Philippine NSE Design Services Inc. is seeking an IT Systems & Software Engineer to develop software and provide hands-on IT support. You will design, code, test, and maintain applications while assisting with system installations, troubleshooting, PC deployment, and ticket resolution.

The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration to deliver secure, scalable solutions and continuous improvement of the technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering or application development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Software Development – design, code, test, and deploy applications using modern languages and frameworks.
• System Maintenance – enhance existing systems for performance, security, and reliability.
• Requirements Analysis – collaborate with stakeholders to document technical and functional needs.
• Testing & QA – conduct unit/integration testing and participate in QA processes.
• Version Control – use Git or similar for source code management.
• Documentation – prepare technical docs, manuals, and specs.
• Security Compliance – implement secure coding practices and meet IT security standards.
• Continuous Improvement – research new tech and propose enhancements.
• Collaboration – work with PMs, QA, and developers to deliver on time.
• Support – provide technical support and troubleshoot deployed apps.
