Job summary

Cooee Inc. in Iloilo is hiring an IT Systems Administrator (Mid Shift, Full-Time) to install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, while managing virtualization, cloud services, and security. You will diagnose issues, automate tasks, and support network and VoIP systems to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires strong virtualization, cloud administration, and scripting skills, with a focus on Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker, AD/LDAP, and web servers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer systems, software, networking, routing, and switching.
• Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based IT infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proficiency in managing Linux servers (RedHat/Debian-based).
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP administration.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace for enterprises.
• Working knowledge of VoIP systems such as Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience configuring and managing Nginx and Apache web servers.
• Good communication, documentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, servers, and Linux servers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and software issues for all users.
• Ensure IT infrastructure security with patches and updates.
• Manage software updates and security patches for desktops and servers.
• Identify and resolve routing, switching, and connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to all departments and users.
• Maintain data integration integrity between department modules.
• Administer cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Configure Active Directory and LDAP; manage VoIP systems (Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio).
• Develop automation tasks using Bash or Python.
