Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, networking, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud-based IT environments and services.
• Experience administering Linux servers, particularly RedHat/Debian-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP administration.
• Experience managing enterprise productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).
• Working knowledge of VoIP technologies (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio).
• Scripting in Bash and Python for automation.
• Experience configuring Nginx/Apache web servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; able to document solutions.
• Ability to prioritize infrastructure, support, and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows desktops, Windows servers, and Linux servers (RedHat/Debian-based).
• Monitor and troubleshoot system, network, software, and connectivity issues across the business.
• Maintain IT infrastructure security through regular updates and patches.
• Manage software deployments, updates, and security patches for desktops and servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and connectivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams on systems and infrastructure.
• Support data integration between different department systems and help resolve related issues.
• Administer cloud-based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Manage virtualization and container platforms, including Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Administer directory services, including Active Directory and LDAP.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems and related hardware (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio).
• Develop scripts and automation using Bash and Python to improve system administration.
• Configure and maintain web servers, including Nginx and Apache.
• Maintain technical documentation for systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
