Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Student Trainee for On-the-Job Training (OJT) to bridge classroom theory with real-world IT operations. Under supervision, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: assist in hardware refresh, imaging, and deployment.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: conduct physical audits and maintain inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: support WFH initiatives and equipment distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: help with office facility projects and cable management.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: test and maintain audiovisual/teleconferencing gear.
