Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding computers, laptops, printers, internet connectivity, software, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Set up computers, user accounts, email accounts, applications, and other IT resources for newly hired employees.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues.
• Maintain and organize IT equipment, including computers, printers, routers, switches, cables, and other devices.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of company software and applications.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring or major technical issues to the appropriate supervisor or management.
• Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring proper handling and storage of company digital files.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of basic IT security measures, including passwords, access controls, antivirus software, and system updates.
• Maintain an updated inventory and documentation of company IT equipment and assigned devices.
• Assist employees with basic technical training and proper use of company IT systems and applications.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers, internet service providers, and equipment suppliers when necessary.
• Respond to IT-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data, accounts, files, and systems.
• Assist in other IT-related projects, system implementations, and technical activities as assigned by management.
