UNIHEALTH-PARAÑAQUE Hospital & Medical Center Inc. is seeking an IT support technician to set up workstations with computers and peripherals, and to install and configure software according to specifications.

The role includes checking hardware, developing and maintaining local networks, ensuring security of systems, and providing orientation to users on new software. You will keep logs and perform troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

Setting up workstation with computers and peripherals.
Checking computer hardware to ensure functionality.
Installing and configuring software according to specifications.
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
Maintain records/logs of repair and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
