Formación

• Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, operating systems, and other IT-related equipment.
• Provide on-site or remote support for employees experiencing technical difficulties.
• Install and configure software applications, updates, and patches on user systems.
• Assist with network issues, including connectivity problems, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and VPN setup.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT systems.

Conocimientos

Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

Experience with troubleshooting operating systems

Knowledge of network configurations

Familiarity with remote support tools

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

Educación

Associate’s degree in Information Technology

Bachelor’s degree preferred
