Job summary

Intelligent Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee our Legazpi City support operations and lead a skilled helpdesk team in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering strong IT service delivery and continuous improvement across processes. You will manage end-user support, networks, security, and vendor coordination while driving IT excellence and effective incident handling across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in service/help desk management.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to security operations, including IAM and endpoint protection.
• Solid ticket management discipline and documentation practices.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and site/network changes (ISPs, UniFi).
• Excellent communication, able to engage stakeholders across time zones.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure/Entra ID and CompTIA Security+ are desirable.

IT Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Legazpi City, Albay
Work Schedule: 4-Day Workweek, Mid-shift schedule (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM during UK DST or 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

We are seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee our support operations, lead a skilled helpdesk team, and drive continuous improvement across our IT processes in our branch in Legazpi City, Albay. This is an onsite, full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware and software issues
• Maintain and administer computer networks, servers, and overall IT infrastructure
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems and organisational data
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software
• Provide training and ongoing support to employees in the use of IT systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technology-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT activities, incidents, and resolutions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Demonstrate stronger M365 and Entra, including tenant administration, identity and access management, and security configuration

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing a service/help desk environment with strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive)
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in service/help desk management
• Solid exposure to security operations, including endpoint protection, identity & access management, vulnerability management, and basic incident handling
• Strong ticket management discipline and documentation practices, with the ability to improve team consistency and performance
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing site/network changes (e.g. ISPs, Ubiquiti/UniFi or similar)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders across time zones and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft (Azure Administrator, Entra ID, Modern Desktop Administrator) and/or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable
• Experience supporting SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 compliance processes, including evidence collection and operational routines
• Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage (CWM) or similar ITSM tools, including reporting and service delivery metrics
• Exposure to business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including testing and documentation
