Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to local and overseas users.
• Manage Active Directory users and Group Policy.
• Maintain VMware virtualization environment and ESXi hosts.
• Administer Windows servers, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange 2019.
• Oversee network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Handle P1 incidents and cyber-attack incident response.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and provide remote support.
• Develop IT SOPs and maintain documentation.
