• Location: Manila (with possible transfer to Valenzuela Branch)
• Employment Type: Full-time Application
• Deadline: August 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for staff, trainees, and management (hardware/software troubleshooting, system updates, and network maintenance)
• Maintain and secure institutional IT systems, accounts, and data
• Assist in website updates, digital platforms, and classroom technology setup
• Design and produce graphics for posters, flyers, presentations, and online content
• Ensure branding consistency across all visual materials
• Collaborate with departments to develop instructional and promotional designs
• Document IT incidents and maintain records of technical support activities
• Handle documentation, compliance, and administrative processing
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of institutional records
• Manage online marketing campaigns and digital platforms
• Develop strategies to increase online visibility and engagement
• Perform other tasks assigned by management to support operations
• Willing to transfer to the Valenzuela branch upon management’s determination

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, BS Computer Science, Education Major in IT, or any allied computer-related course
• Strong knowledge in Computer System Maintenance
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar applications
• Experience in administrative processing and digital marketing
• Willing to accept the Manila minimum rate as the starting salary
• Willing to start ASAP
• Must be willing to be trained and developed to become an IT Instructor
