NTT Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking an on-site engineer to provide software administration and technical support in Balanga City, PHL. You will diagnose hardware and software issues and configure routing and switching basics.

The role requires one year of onsite experience, readiness to report onsite immediately, and a full-time commitment. Verint call recording maintenance is also part of the duties.

Formación

• Graduate of any 4-year IT/Computer course.
• 1 year of onsite support or related experience.
• Willing to report onsite and start ASAP.
• Able to work onsite in Balanga City, Bataan.

Responsabilidades

• Provide software administration and technical support as an on-site engineer.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve hardware and software problems.
• Configures basic parameters on routing and switching.
• Monitors deployment success rates for software and hardware.
• Managing Avaya PABX as administrator.
• Access port configuration to ensure end devices have network access.
• Maintaining Verint call recording and submitting reports.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any 4year IT/Computer related course




• With 1 years experience as Onsite Support or any relevant experience




• Must be willing to report onsite and can start as soon as possible




• Amenable to work onsite in Balanga City, Bataan.




• Can start ASAP!
