Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first-line helpdesk support onsite at Clark, Pampanga. You will handle Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and network-related issues, with occasional weekend shifts to cover UK hours.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of IT helpdesk experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach. You will document issues and collaborate with the UK team as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT Helpdesk experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via calls and tickets, troubleshooting Windows 11, M365, Outlook, networking/Wi‑Fi, printers, login issues, and general PC problems.
• Investigate and resolve issues using company procedures; escalate high‑risk items when needed.
• Document support requests, steps, actions, and outcomes clearly; prepare handover notes.
• Assist with prepared client-service campaigns during quieter periods—calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Explain technical issues and services to customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Create/update tickets for the UK team and ensure requests are tracked and followed up.
• Collaborate with the Optima UK team during training and adhere to security and data protection policies.

Quick Rundown

The IT Support primary responsibility is providing first-line IT support - troubleshooting common Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and PC-related issues. As a secondary responsibility, the role will support client-service activities for existing customers during quieter helpdesk periods through prepared calls and emails. The successful candidate will work closely with the UK team and may eventually provide independent weekend IT support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line IT support by handling customer calls and support tickets, troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking/Wi-Fi, printers, login issues, and general PC problems

• Investigate and resolve issues using company procedures and knowledge resources, escalating complex or high-risk concerns when needed
• Accurately document support requests, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, outcomes, and necessary handover notes
• Assist with prepared client-service campaigns during quieter helpdesk periods, including customer calls, emails, and service follow-ups
• Clearly explain technical issues and service information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly experience
• Create and update tickets or tasks for the UK team and ensure customer requests are properly documented and followed through
• Work closely with the Optima UK team during training and follow company procedures for security, data protection, and customer information

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of IT Helpdesk experience
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking/Wi-Fi, and remote support
• Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and similar tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a calm and professional telephone manner.

• Willing to work UK hours and potential weekends
