Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a lead IT ops professional to oversee daily technology operations in the Philippines. You will implement automation strategies, build internal tools, and integrate systems with external platforms while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will evaluate current processes, ensure secure and reliable tooling, and guide AI-assisted development and deployment across business units to drive efficiency and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day IT operations across devices, software, connectivity and user access.
• Identify repetitive processes and develop AI-powered or automated solutions to improve efficiency.
• Build, test, and maintain internal applications, tools, and automation workflows using AI-assisted development tools.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Sales and other teams to digitalize and automate processes.

Job description

• Lead and supervise the company's day-to-day IT operations, ensuring that systems, devices, software, connectivity, and user access are properly maintained.

• Identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming processes across departments and develop AI-powered or automated solutions to improve efficiency.

• Utilize OpenAI Codex and other AI-assisted development tools to build, debug, test, optimize, and maintain internal applications, tools, and automation workflows.

• Develop and maintain internal tools, dashboards, trackers, systems, and applications based on the company's operational requirements.

• Develop and maintain integrations between company systems and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, databases, and other integration methods.

• Work closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.

• Convert business requirements and operational problems into practical technology-based solutions.

• Evaluate existing systems and processes and recommend improvements through automation, AI, or system development.

• Test and validate newly developed tools and automations before implementation to ensure reliability, security, and proper functionality.

• Ensure that AI-assisted code is properly reviewed, tested, documented, and maintained before being implemented in company systems.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for system, software, hardware, network, and user-related concerns.

• Coordinate with internet providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and other external IT service providers.

• Provide recommendations to management regarding AI adoption, automation opportunities, software, systems, and technology investments.

• Perform other IT-related duties and projects as may be assigned by management.
