Job summary

Intellismart Technology Inc. seeks an AI Solutions Developer to embed AI into HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeping, and ESS within our software suite.

You will design and implement AI-powered features such as assistants, chatbots, intelligent search, document analysis, and workflow automation using OpenAI and other ML tools. The role involves collaborating with the software team to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities across web and mobile platforms, while ensuring compliance with data protection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience with .NET/ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and JavaScript/Web tech.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Solutions Developer to help integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our software products, including HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeping, Employee Self-Service, and other business applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Software Team to design, develop, and implement AI-powered features such as AI Assistants, Chatbots, Intelligent Search, Document Analysis, Workflow Automation, and Business Insights using OpenAI and other AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using OpenAI APIs and related technologies.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing web and mobile applications.
• Build AI Assistants for HR, Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Customer Support.
• Develop chatbot and conversational AI features.
• Create AI-powered document analysis and knowledge base solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Support Teams.
• Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and data protection standards.
