Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company programs and systems to ensure stable performance.
- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of internal systems and tools.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company IT policies.
- Coordinate with software vendors or service providers for upgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to users for system-related concerns.
- Assist in integrating new technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and regular reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Proven experience in system administration, technical support, or IT operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting, network configurations, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with database management, cloud systems, and IT security practices.
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in implementing or maintaining company software and internal tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of data protection policies and IT compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
