Position Purpose
Implements and adheres to the latest IT network practices and standards. The IT Network Administrator aims to create a secure, stable, and high-performance network environment for the business.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure for all company endpoints
- Ensure the network is compliant with ISO and CIS standards.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network resources.

- Documentation and Compliance: Capability to maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications And Typical Experience
- 4-6 years of network administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues
- Proven experience in managing cross brand network equipment at scale(minimum 2000 endpoints)
- Experience with documenting procedures
- A Cisco certification such as CCNA is desirable
