Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a full-time Information Technology Specialist to secure, manage, and optimize our systems and networks. You will own the company’s digital backbone, implementing security measures and providing fast IT support to staff.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Education: BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, software, and programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot corporate technology infrastructure and software networks.
• Implement information security measures to protect data assets.
• Provide fast, reliable tech support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Review system diagnostics, perform updates, and monitor network performance.
• Monitor hardware costs and plan upgrades within budget.

• Network & Systems Powerhouse: Setting up, managing, and troubleshooting corporate technology infrastructure and software networks.
