Responsibilities

• Provide production support with initial troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalating when required.
• Test transcript creation and execution.
• Defect management, tracking, and reporting.
• Gather and document technical requirements.
• Perform database and metrics collection via automation.
• Develop, administer, and configure web-based software and systems.
• Manage system integration across web services.
• Maintain current knowledge of prevalent systems across customer vertical.
• Spearhead project coordination.
• Gather and iterative development of pre-sales assets.
