ResultsCX is seeking an IT Solutions Architect in Pasig to lead and support our enterprise IT stack, troubleshooting and improving processes while collaborating with global remote teams.

You will own production support, oversee testing, drive defect management, document requirements, automate data collection, and coordinate system integrations across web services. This role offers opportunities to shape technical strategy and contribute to pre-sales assets within a fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Quality assurance or user acceptance testing experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support with initial troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Test transcript creation and execution.
• Defect management, tracking, and reporting.
• Gather and document technical requirements.
• Perform database and metrics collection via automation.
• Develop, administer, and configure web-based software and systems.
• Manage system integration across web services.
• Maintain knowledge of prevalent systems across customer verticals.
• Spearhead project coordination.
• Gather and iteratively develop pre-sales assets.
