Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Service Desk/IT Support professional to provide first-level triage, remote assistance, and user instructions for Windows and Mac environments. The role supports Dexcom’s in-house IT services with a focus on documentation, SLA adherence, and cross-team collaboration.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements, exposure to ServiceNow, Active Directory, and ITSM tools, and opportunities for growth within a global CGM leader.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related IT support experience with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment providing IT Support services.
• Experience with Windows and macOS support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory management.
• Off-shore IT Support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level triage, troubleshooting, and remote assistance for IT issues.
• Document issues and communicate resolution to end users the same day.
• Maintain the internal helpdesk system and SLA.
• Create, update, and review IT documentation and procedures.
• Assist with project planning and rollout of new systems/applications.
• Coordinate user notifications of maintenance activities and update user instructions.
