Responsibilities

• Logs all incident and service request details and prioritizes accordingly.
• Provides customer service resolution for operational incidents.
• Routes incidents that cannot be immediately handled.
• Manages requests and incident reports from customers and end-users.
• Determines involved CIs and ensures incidents are resolved or escalated.
• Updates, validates and closes incident information; complies with policies.
