Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an IT Team Leader to oversee cybersecurity, information security, and governance-oriented consulting projects in a hybrid setup in Makati City. You will lead project teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive successful project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus at least 3 years of IT consulting or assurance experience. ISO/lead auditor credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting or IT assurance.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams assigned to technology consulting engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and walkthrough sessions with clients.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
