Job summary

FWD Insurance seeks a Head of IT Security and Technology Governance to lead the local IT Security function and act as the BISO. The role partners with local IT, Group IT Security, and stakeholders to implement security programs, manage risks, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

You will drive governance, define security objectives, and oversee technology governance initiatives, aligning with global requirements and ensuring security across all technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT security programs in a large enterprise.
• Ability to partner with Group IT Security, local IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of information security policies, standards, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT Security activities with local and Group IT Security support.
• Act as the primary Business Information Security Officer (BISO).
• Provide security leadership, guidance, and governance across business and IT functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with enterprise security objectives.
• Define and maintain the local IT Security program and governance structures.
• Monitor security metrics, risks, and remediation activities.
• Drive security by design in IT projects and SDLC.
