Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an IT & Security Manager to lead IT infrastructure operations, cybersecurity governance, and enterprise systems management across a growing organization.

You will oversee a technical team, drive security strategy, risk management, and compliance initiatives, and ensure Google Workspace is mastered across departments with robust access control, data governance, and SaaS integrations.

Qualifications

• The candidate has at least 5 years of managerial IT and cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration across multiple departments is required.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking, and internet security.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or ITIL are preferred.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT and security team, setting performance goals and reviews.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and key business apps.
• Serve as Google Workspace administrator with access governance and data governance.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity framework, incident response, and awareness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and security controls documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to align IT with organizational goals and onboarding.
• Manage access provisioning, HR coordination, and secure system transitions.
