Job summary

Beyond is hiring a technical advisor to drive strategic advisory, pre-sales, and hands-on delivery for Google Digital Workplace solutions. You will configure Workspace, Gemini, and related tools, lead deployments with proper security and licensing, and manage data migrations while delivering automation and training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Change Management and active client engagement. The ideal candidate has deep Google Workspace experience, Gemini expertise, and a track record

Qualifications

• Hands-on deployment, configuration and administration of Google Workspace (core services, user lifecycle, security).
• Strong knowledge of Gemini in Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, advisory roles and translating complex concepts into business value.
• Ability to collaborate with Change Management and deliver workshops, trainings and security reviews.
• Data migration expertise and risk management for stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for SoWs and client presentations.
• Google Workspace Administrator certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with sales, capture client requirements and draft SoWs.
• Present and demo Google Digital Workplace solutions, emphasising Gemini value.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with differentiators and technical value.
• Configure customer environments across Workspace, Cloud Identity, Chrome Enterprise and Gemini.
• Lead Gemini deployment with licensing, data security and guardrails.
• Manage data migrations to Google Workspace with minimal disruption.
• Enable automation with Google Apps Script and AppSheet when needed.
• Provide 3rd-line support and resolve complex issues in the Digital Workplace stack.
• Work with Change Management for adoption planning and risk mitigation.
• Deliver technical workshops, governance reviews and admin trainings.
• Create knowledge content and align with Google roadmap feedback.
