Job summary

Hubexo seeks a hands-on Head of IT Security to lead security strategy, risk, and compliance across the migration to a single operating model. You will own incident response, third-party risk, and audit readiness while partnering with vendors and technical teams.

You will drive a security‑aware culture, manage the IT security budget, and ensure secure configurations across M365, endpoints, and SaaS platforms, all within a hybrid work setting in Makati City.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT security or IT operations experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record delivering ISO 27001 and SOC 2 attestations.
• Experience running security incidents end-to-end and vendor assessments.
• Strong ability to communicate security risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the information security strategy and roadmap.
• Own the security risk register and report status to senior leadership.
• Lead incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and remediation.
• Manage ISO 27001 / SOC 2 scope, audits, and compliance tooling.
