Job summary

iCXeed Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to lead the security strategy across our cloud-first environment. You will design architecture, enforce policies, and supervise security across AWS/Azure/GCP, IAM, MFA, and zero-trust initiatives.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws. A strong background in security operations and cloud cost optimization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be cloud networking certified (preferably AWS but can consider Azure or GCP).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable) including VPCs, firewalls, IAM policies, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing of cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry frameworks.
• Monitor cloud environments for security threats, anomalies, and unauthorized access using SIEM tools and cloud-native security services.
• Lead incident response efforts for cloud-related security events, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Manage MDI firewall, information security, and endpoint protection tools across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (Philippine Data Privacy Act, GDPR where applicable).
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust security models.
• Oversee cloud cost optimization while maintaining security standards.

Responsibilities:

Security & Infrastructure
