Job summary

Ibex Limited seeks an AM IT Security professional to lead and coordinate network and cyber security initiatives in Manila. The role focuses on monitoring security events, guiding incident response, and improving controls across enterprise infrastructure.

You will drive vulnerability management, implement security baselines, and oversee key technologies (SIEM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, IAM) while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.

Qualifications

• Oversee end-to-end security operations and incident response with strategic remediation guidance.
• Drive security governance and risk-based decision making across networks and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise security operations and monitoring of threats across infrastructure.
• Lead incident response activities with timely investigation, containment, and resolution.
• Review complex security incidents and propose remediation to reduce risk and improve posture.
• Enforce baselines and hardening across network/infrastructure components.
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation tracking with IT teams.
• Coordinate with business teams to embed security in changes and deployments.
• Manage security technologies including SIEM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, IAM and PAM/PIM.
• Ensure PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls alignment through validation with stakeholders.
