Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

• Able to provide basic IT product and POS support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Will travel for client meetings and installs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and monitor sales leads.
• Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for POS and IT-related concerns.
• Install and configure POS software and applications when required.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals. Prepare required sales and technical reports.
