Mayaritech Globalware Solutions Corporation in Bulacan seeks an IT Sales Staff / Technical Support Specialist to generate leads, close deals, and provide basic technical assistance for IT products and POS systems.

Responsibilities include scheduling online meetings, presenting POS solutions, installing POS software, and delivering after-sales support while aiming at sales targets. Willing to travel and work Sundays when required.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
2+ years sales experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Basic PC troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
Able to provide basic IT product and POS support.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Will travel for client meetings and installs.
Willing to work Sundays/holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

Generate and develop new sales leads and client opportunities.
Schedule online meetings with prospective clients.
Present and sell Smart POS and other IT products.
Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and monitor sales leads.
Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for POS and IT-related concerns.
Install and configure POS software and applications when required.
Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals. Prepare required sales and technical reports.
