Job summary

H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities in Metro Manila.

The role will monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience, familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PM tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify project risks and elevate issues when needed.
• Track project budgets, resources, and task assignments.
• Ensure compliance with project processes and standards.
• Support successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
