Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to take over the program and project management role and drive market development in the Asia-Pacific region. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Taguig, Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP, strong functional/technical background, pre-sales experience, and excellent English communication. Will lead a small team and coordinate with sales for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or business; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an SAP environment, ideally consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in SAP module implementation as a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP programs and projects, including rollout activities in Asia-Pacific.
• Support new customer acquisition and pre-sales activities with the functional/technical team.
• Assist regional management in developing strategies for growth.
• Lead and coach team members in their careers.
• Be capable of taking over critical project roles such as Project Manager, Integration Lead, Cut-Over Lead, Data & Cleansing Lead.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an SAP Project Manager that can take over the program and project management role and drive market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP programs and projects, e.g., rollout activities within the Asia-Pacific region, ideally being able to support the team on business process and functional level if required.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and drive the development of existing clients, thereby being engaged in pre-sales activities supported by the functional and technical team.
• Support the regional management team to develop and implement further strategies accelerating growth in the region.
• Lead and coach team members in their careers.
• Must have one or more SAP module implementation experiences as a consultant before.
• Deliver business/IT transformation programs and projects by supporting the client on the business process or functional level by taking over critical project roles:
  • Project manager
  • Integration Lead
  • Cut-Over Lead
  • Data & Cleansing Lead

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience:
