We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects from planning through implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll play a key role in coordinating teams, managing project timelines, resolving risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience managing IT, software development, or infrastructure projects.
Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Lead IT and software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, or milestone reviews based on the project methodology.
Identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes while minimizing project impact.
Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure projects comply with company policies, security standards, and documentation requirements.
Support project handovers, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements to enhance future project delivery and team collaboration.
