Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in the Philippines to lead project planning, coordination, and cross-functional teams. You will serve as the main client liaison, ensuring updates and aligning expectations while managing risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, urgency, and leadership skills to navigate a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
• Strong sense of urgency with time pressure and deadlines.
• Proven leadership, organizational, coordination, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop, implement, and manage project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Client Communication: Act as primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee review and testing processes to ensure deliverables' quality.
