Job summary

Capitole Consulting seeks an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT, software and digital transformation initiatives. You will guide governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

Experience with IT systems, software development and multidisciplinary teams is essential; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence is required.

Qualifications

Experience leading IT/software/digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of governance, planning, reporting, budgets and KPIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
Coordinate projects involving software, IT systems and digital solutions from requirements to deployment.
Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and documentation.
Coordinate governance activities and stakeholder communications.
Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and KPIs.
Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.
Support testing, UAT, deployment and project delivery activities.
Monitor KPIs and governance compliance.
Occasionally travel to project sites and other locations.
