Job summary

Aboitiz InfraCapital is seeking an IT Manager - Systems & Digital Transformation Delivery to lead hands-on technology projects across the group. The role manages the technical delivery team to translate strategic initiatives into functioning operational systems and benefits realization.

You will drive enterprise systems delivery, governance, data integration, and application development using Agile, SDLC, and DevOps practices, while coordinating across stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE
5–8+ years in enterprise systems management and ERP implementations
2–3+ years supervisory or managerial experience
Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
Experience in transformation initiatives and digital projects

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise system implementations and integrations
Develop project plans, governance structures, and implementation strategies
Oversee digital transformation, application development, and automation initiatives
Analyze business processes, design AS-IS & TO-BE models, and realize benefits
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for timely delivery
Evaluate solutions, cost, feasibility, and alignment with architecture and standards
Oversee data pipelines, reporting, and dashboards for decision support
Ensure transition readiness with training, documentation, and support handover
Lead PMO governance, standards, and portfolio visibility
