Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with technical teams and business users.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate information on the DT project portfolio.
• Support onboarding of new projects into the portfolio.
• Monitor project progress, documents, requirements, and portfolio status.
• Review portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
• Monitor project changes, transitions, and portfolio exits.
• Develop and implement DT PMO policies, processes, guidelines.
• Monitor and review project-related ticketing activities.
• Establish and monitor project benchmarks, metrics, performance indicators.
• Document and improve processes to support project implementation.
• Work closely with project teams and business users for coordination.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role will help ensure projects are properly documented, aligned with business priorities, and managed according to established processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the DT project portfolio.
• Support the onboarding of new projects and programs into the portfolio.
• Monitor project progress, documents, requirements, and overall project portfolio status.
• Assist in reviewing the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and priorities.
• Monitor project changes, transitions, and portfolio exits.
• Develop and implement DT PMO policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Monitor and review project-related ticketing activities.
• Establish and monitor project benchmarks, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Document and improve processes to support efficient project implementation.
• Work closely with project teams and business users to ensure proper coordination and communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
