Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects in a remote work setup. You will define plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure governance and documentation, with a focus on Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches and strong stakeholder communication.

Your Role

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles
• Strong experience managing software development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• Familiarity with cloud, software development, or infrastructure projects
• Understanding of SDLC and IT governance frameworks
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments
