Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Project Manager in the Philippines to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, coordinating developers, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality to achieve project objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT project management, a solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid/remote-friendly setup supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
• Strong experience managing software development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred skills/expertise

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• Familiarity with cloud, software development, or infrastructure projects
• Understanding of SDLC and IT governance frameworks
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments
