Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver complex projects spanning system implementations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure governance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in professional services, accounting, auditing, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity initiatives, ERP systems, or business process automation projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology with business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff, vendors, and third-party consultants, while monitoring progress, risks, and resources.
• Ensure project governance by maintaining plans, budgets, documentation, status reports, and compliance with policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support for adoption of IT solutions.

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and align technology solutions with business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff, vendors, and third-party consultants, while monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project governance by maintaining project plans, budgets, documentation, status reports, and compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions.

Qualifications:
