Job summary

Intertek Testing Services Philippines Incorporated is seeking an IT Coordinator to drive project leadership across multiple IT initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of data center hosted services.

The role demands strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA degree, PMP is a plus, and excels in remote collaboration with onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership across all assigned projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional IT teams to obtain desired results.
• Create and maintain relationships with the customer and vendors to implement products and maximize the customer's experience.
• Manage the project plan for implementation of data center hosted offerings, including development of timelines for new applications, upgrades and new service implementations.
• Clearly and effectively communicate and manage customer expectations.
• Organize and lead meetings bringing various teams together to provide status on in-flight work.
• Identify and escape project risks and issues.
• Maintain multiple projects and co-dependencies between projects and team engagements.
• Support the development and implementation of project management methods to enhance delivery of data center services.
• Work closely with other teams including onshore and offshore support teams meeting internal objectives and timelines.
