Job summary

Asian Sourcing Link Phils., Inc. is seeking a competent professional to provide frontline support for Connect systems and to train the customer account team on Connect and Webshop.

You will oversee the customer portal experience, manage the IT helpdesk, configure new customer portals, and collaborate with the IT Platform Content Manager to refresh content across platforms. Strong English skills and content marketing background are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Solid content management understanding or marketing background
• Demonstrates strong business process acumen
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and customers

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline internal ‘Super User’ support for Connect systems
• Undertake new customer account team training for Connect and Webshop (back-end) as required
• Provide ongoing management of the IT helpdesk handling issues raised by our customer account teams
• Provide new customers with portal system configuration and assist with ongoing system refreshments and enhancements
• Be the primary point of contact for LINK staff reporting web portal issues affecting BAU activity (non-technical errors)
• Work with the IT Platform Content Manager to drive and promote new content across account teams to refresh customer portals
• Review all sites for new product orders across customer ordering platforms and populate information on other platforms
• Create an extensive library of products and informational content across all customer platforms
• Support creation of ‘order windows’ to drive increased orders across Bottler clients
• Manage and refresh customer portal look and feel to keep sites modernised
• Support LINK Technology Team with scoping requirements and testing of new Connect functionality.
