Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support. You will manage IT projects, ensure network security, and minimize downtime while guiding the IT team with best practices across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or 2+ years in IT management, hands-on Fortigate, Windows Server AD/DNS, and strong leadership. Flexible, onsite work at Clark Pampanga with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or 2+ years IT management experience
• Experience configuring Fortigate Firewall
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group Policy
• Local network setup and configuration
• Firewall setup including routing and VPN
• Server and firewall security hardening
• Hardware storage including RAID, NAS, SAN
• PBX systems experience a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Strong English language skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and set team goals

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to develop IT solutions
• Determine maintenance and growth needs of the network with department managers
• Direct technological research aligned with organizational goals
• Lead IT projects including design, desktop support, and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Set timeframes for major IT projects including updates, upgrades, mitigations and outages
• Monitor and evaluate information systems performance, costs, and productivity
• Create and administer disaster recovery plans to keep the company functional
• Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods to reduce downtime
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practices across the organization
• Provide directions and manage IT team members 24/7
• Aim for downtime of 1 hour per month or less
• Build operational playbooks to meet departmental goals
