HelloConnect in Manila is seeking an IT Operations Manager to architect scalable IT services and lead a multi-tier engineering team from Jr. to Senior.

You will oversee day-to-day desk-side support, ensure network and infrastructure stability, and drive PEZA compliance. This role emphasizes security, ITIL/ISO standards, DR planning, and vendor management, with a focus on delivering reliable IT services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure/support experience.
• 3+ years in supervisory or management role within global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-tier IT support team (L1–L3) with daily operations.
• Define and optimize service procedures and SLAs.
• Manage local network, endpoints, and asset lifecycles.
• Ensure PEZA compliance across IT assets and documentation.
• Oversee security, audits, and DR/business continuity.
• Lead IT expansions and manage vendor contracts.
