Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility in IT Operations and/or project roles.
• At least 3 years in people leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT staff including performance reviews and mentoring.
• Establish and maintain IT operational standards.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents.
• Supervise cloud infrastructure use on Azure.
• Ensure service delivery by tracking SLAs and incident response.
