Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field requiring internship/OJT credits.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, operating systems, and general computer troubleshooting.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and safe equipment handling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to collaborate within a team.
• Ability to work onsite from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets: maintain asset inventory records for laptops, monitors, headsets, and tools.
• Handle IT logistics: pack, label, and organize equipment for deployment or return.
• Support onboarding/offboarding: assist with asset issuance and retrieval for joining and departing employees.
• Monitor IT tickets: track and update IT support requests in the ticketing system.
• Conduct audits: perform physical inventory checks and organize storage spaces.
• Provide operations support: assist with basic hardware and software setups and other IT tasks.
