Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Student Trainee to join the team for On-the-Job Training (OJT). Under supervision, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support within a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will learn IT operations, participate in equipment logistics for WFH, and contribute to maintaining reliable office AV and telecom systems while completing academic requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware lifecycle support: assist in end-to-end hardware refresh, imaging, and deployment.
• Asset & inventory compliance: assist IT Asset Management with physical audits and inventory records.
• Equipment logistics: support WFH initiatives with equipment testing and secure distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite infrastructure assistance: collaborate on office facility projects including cable management and safe transport of IT assets.
• Physical setup & maintenance: ensure functionality of audiovisual and teleconferencing systems through routine testing.
