Job summary

The role offers a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati, and requires dedication to complete at least 500 on-the-job training hours, with HR support throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages and automation of tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily IT operations and request management using ITSM tools; track updates and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, categorize emails, prioritize requests, and follow up on pending actions.
• Contribute to process improvements by documenting procedures and updating materials to reflect best practices.
• Provide ad-hoc governance support, prepare basic reports/dashboards, and maintain compliance documentation.
