Job summary

FDC Misamis Power Corporation is seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide Level 1–2 support for corporate IT infrastructure, applications, and desktop management. You will diagnose issues, coordinate with senior staff, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering, and hands-on knowledge across systems administration, networking, databases, or information security, plus strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical problems.
• Experience in systems development, networking, databases or information security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 help desk and technical support for corporate IT infrastructure, information systems and IT services.
• Collaborate with senior team members in day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Escalate issues beyond skill level to senior team members or vendors.
• Perform other IT functions as assigned.
